This place is good, and has great amenities like 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a tv. I remember when the staff helped me with my bags during my first stay. I'll definitely be back for a holiday!

The location was PERFECT and ideal, really close to public transport, entertainment around and bars. The staff was really helpful, always on hand when needed.

Nice and newly decorated accommodation. New building, marvellous and excellent location close enough to public transport, and the mall, bars and other hotels. Also, in Manila Area. Clean unit with the bathroom, WiFi and the TV. Kind and extremely great staff on reception and elsewhere;)))

The so-called beautiful room was an absolute embarrassment. Filthy floors and a broken air conditioner should not be part of the experience, yet here we are. I woudl have appreciated a complimentary fruit basket or a better upgrade for my troubles. Almost gave a good review, but this tragedy just couldn't let me.

Things I wish I knew before I tried it
This place has a fantastic location-700m from Manila Bay and even closer to shopping. But be wary of the dated decor and occasional maintenance issues. Still, the friendly staff makes the stay more pleasant than expected!

The staff was friendly and provided good service.
Unfortunately, the room I was given was not clean and had several issues, including a rusty refrigerator and outdated furniture. The bathroom was in poor condition with mold behind the paint. The hotel was located near a noisy bar, hard to sleep at night.

Is very convenient for shopping @ Robinson and Hyatt Hotel casino + a cultural show cum restaurant outlet just a street away.

All the staff were very amiable and respectful. Liked my big size and cheap room with lack of maintenance, the TV plus WiFi. Booked it for usd 2090.

Strongly recommend this place and would stay there again. Really enjoyed this hip new hotel, good and magnificent location and cheap rooms. Units with wifi. The food we tried was good and they have a wide range of meals to choose from.
